Terms of Service

1. Booking & Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the service price.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. We reserve the right to modify or refuse services if we believe they may pose a health risk.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They may be used for any service offered.

6. Liability

THAITHIP FROFESSIONL MASSAGE is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in the secure locker provided.
